Ninja athletes get up and train, eat then train, work then train, get home or to the gym/workout location then train, eat then train, maybe train again and get some sleep.  Okay, you get the idea – training is very important.

I have the hope that all blogs about training will be from Ninja athletes that are willing to contribute and share their methods, hints, tricks, hacks for better and more productive training.  And with the hope in a safe manner.
